If you like your art to be an immersive experience, this is it. What you have here is a landscape piece taken from the viewpoint of someone rolling around in a happy field of tulips under an angry sky (NOTE THE SUBTLE SYMBOLISM UP IN HERE). This piece involves a lot more perspective than my usual work. I want you to feel like you are in the field. Smell the flowers. Touch the dirt. Was that a raindrop on your left shoulder? Probably. There is a slight distortion to the horizon line (it's on purpose and took forevvvver to get it just right). The canvas is huge but the piece feels enormous. Come and see it in person!
Title: "Maybe Big Enough for Elmo"
This piece is sealed with a UV safe varnish and the edges of the canvas are painted so that no frame is required. It is ready to hang!
PLEASE NOTE: This item must be picked up in person, or schedule local delivery with me. At 48x60", it is simply too large for retail shipping. You may make arrangements for a private crating service to deliver to you elsewhere, but please do not purchase this piece without obtaining an estimate first.
PS: You can always use the code LOCAL at checkout to avoid any shipping fees if you would like to pick up your purchase during gallery hours.
